Decorative Plate by Robert Picault

Exceptional decorative glazed earthenware wall hung plate with copper oxide engraved decorations depicting a drawing studio scene. Signed. Robert Picault (1919-2000) created his workshop in Vallauris in 1945. He participated to numerous exhibitions: Bale, Bruxelles, Milan, Munich, New York, Paris. Golden medal in Milan triennale, in Cannes international exhibition.
